Give the event a name. Enter the exact date of the event. Enter description below. Press enter button.
Once the events are entered you can view Upcoming/Past or All Events.
What is the Address Book Used For?
Your Address Book keeps all of the e-mails you have entered and a listing of them is to the right. Quick Name can be a nickname.
How Many Reminders Can I Create and To Whom?
You can create up to three reminders for one event. Enter the Reminder Name which would be the same as the event you created. When you choose the event the date will come up, if more than one date, they will all come up. Due date is the actual date of the event. Description of the event. Message One click on the arrow towards the center and it will bring up all e-mails addresses. Highlight the address or addresses you want the reminder to go to. Send the reminder either on the due date or up to 7 days before when you click on the arrow. Add reminder.
How Can I Tell Which Events Are on My Calendar?
Click on the flashing green events on the calendar. This will bring up the event to the right of the calendar. Click on event and it will expand to description of event.
What are PDF Files?
These are forms or schedules for your vaccinations. Forms can be printed off for your convenience. Cannot save info on forms.
