Have you ever had problems remembering appointments? Do you have problems remembering when to get your pets' prescriptions refilled or when to give your various pets their medication? Do you know when your next vaccinations are due for your children or pets? Do you have a record of these vaccinations? Have you ever had appointment cards get lost in the mail?
These were problems I was hearing from busy families. We have created tools to save you time and to make your life a little easier so you can care for your loved ones. We have provided forms you can download to keep track of when you or one of your family/pet members had your shots. Also, our service provides a calendar that keeps track of all your appointments for each person or pet in your family. There are also charts on baby immunizations thru the teen years, animal vaccines and adult vaccinations. Please go to my HOW TO NAVIGATE page in the Articles section to learn how to sign up.
We need your help! Only $12.99 a yearWe are donating 15% for every sign up to help children and pets. These are the foundations that we are helping with our donations:
People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), with more than 2 million members and supporters, is the largest animal rights organization in the world.
PETA focuses its attention on the four areas in which the largest numbers of animals suffer the most intensely for the longest periods of time: on factory farms, in laboratories, in the clothing trade, and in the entertainment industry. We also work on a variety of other issues, including the cruel killing of beavers, birds and other "pests," and the abuse of backyard dogs.
PETA works through public education, cruelty investigations, research, animal rescue, legislation, special events, celebrity involvement, and protest campaigns.
We are donating to the Sparky Fund through Wilson Veterinary Hospital, Romeo, Michigan. Several years ago, Sparky a Jack Russell terrier, was hit by a car and my owners brought me into Wilson Veterinary Hospital to be examined. Upon examination, I was diagnosed with a ruptured bladder and a fractured pelvis. I was relinquished to the care of Wilson Veterinary Hospital. I was successfully treated and quickly found a new home. That was four years ago, and I couldn’t be happier!
In the year 2000, Wilson Veterinary Hospital originally began a small adoption program. Having placed more than 100 patients into happy homes, the program was successful; however, something was missing. Recently, the adoption program was revamped and gained a mascot and a new name – The Sparky Fund, in honor of me! This new program enables disadvantaged pets with medical conditions to receive the treatment and care needed to be adopted into loving homes in a timely fashion. We are 501c(3) approved.
